Arboretum

We have spent lots of time at the Arboretum lately. They now have the Fairytale Castles up and they are so fun for little ones to play around in. They also just started their concert series every Tuesday and Thursday nights... I'm thinking we will partake a lot this year!

A Little Backtracking

My mother-in-law called the other night and reminded me that I do, in fact, have a blog. It's not that we haven't been busy or that I haven't taken pictures. It's just that I enjoy reading other blog's so much more than I do writing on this one these days. I know, that's no excuse. I will promise to try and be better. Really, I will.


So, here's a little backtracking. A few weeks ago we had our friends, the Lunds, in town from Kansas City. We don't get to see them enough! We spent most of the weekend in Ft. Worth. Here are the girls: (Molly, Carrie, me, Andrea, Emily)

What has started with 5 of us, has somehow turned into 17 of us!! Here are our offspring to date: (Sam, Ellen, Charlie, Nathan, Lauren; down front: Jack, Oliver)

Our friend, Carrie, had this fabulous idea to hire a photographer for family photos/birthday photos. It was the youngest's birthday over the weekend... Oliver turned one! Here are some of my favorites of Charlie:
