Dressing- olive oil, balsalmic vinegar, agave nectar, dash of dijon mustard, garlic and lemon juice
Salad- arugula or spinach, pine nuts or walnuts, cheese (blue or gargonzola), chia or hemp seeds
Additions- dried cranberries, chicken, apples, pears, strawberries (whatever is on hand that day)
