This pretty much sums up our trip! LOTS of pool time, boat time on the lake, bounce house fun, hot tubbin', bubble bathin', babies sleeping and splashing and tons of family togetherness and FUN! A huge thanks to my mom and dad for such an awesome trip.

Memorial Day Weekend
I feel like we have been on the go since Memorial Day weekend... lots of trip, which means lots to update. Let's start at the 3 day weekend, shall we? My whole family (Leclerq fam, mom, dad, and brother) came in town for a pre-planned photo shoot. The weekend kicked off a week long family trip to Lake Texoma, but that's for another post.
We started the weekend off by going to opening day at KayCee Pool.
On Sunday morning we went to the Arboretum for a 2 hour family shoot. If any Dallas friends are looking for a photographer, I thought Elizabeth did a great job. You can see our pics here. Which are your favorite?
Sunday afternoon was super fun. The boys (Patrick, Charlie, Manny, Cooper, Poppa, and Uncle Jay) all went to the Rangers game while the girls (me, Juls, Isabelle, Sophia, Nanna, and my Aunt Jennifer) went to get our nails done. It was Cooper's first Rangers Game and the girls' first manicure and pedicure!
When asked how it was Isabelle responded "It was awesome!".

Our Weekend
Julie and kids made a last minute trip to Dallas this past weekend. After having a fun filled day of backyard bounce house fun, we all headed to The Chicken Scratch. Pretty awesome, I must say. The fried and rotisserie chicken was great, we had refreshing beers from The Foundary next door, and the kids where entertained endlessly. We'll be back for sure!
On Sunday we headed to Ennis, TX to catch the last of the bluebonnets. They were beautiful, but most where behind fences on private property. We did manage to sneak some pics, though. Next year we'll have to hit it up earlier in the Spring.

Seems Appropriate
We are having yet another snow day in Dallas. All schools cancelled... again. Sounds fun, but when it comes time to make up the 5 days that we have missed so far, it won't be so fun anymore. Anywho, since there's snow I figured it's appropriate to show all of you Charlie's Santa pictures from this past Christmas. Here he is last Christmas:
Not a fan last year. And definitely not a fan this year either. In fact he wouldn't go near Santa without sitting on my lap. So:

Fair Day
I mean, really... who doesn't love Fair Day? In Texas (or in Dallas, at least) all public schools get off one day for Fair Day. How awesome is that? Ours was yesterday. But, we opted to go on Sunday so that Patrick could enjoy Charlie's 1st Fair experience.
The highlight... the kids farm where they get to pick peaches, milk a cow, plant some seeds, ride a tractor, get paid for all of their hard work and buy something at the General Store.

Go SMU
We took Charlie to his first-ever football game a couple of weekends ago. He LOVED it.... even if it was 100 degrees. At baseball games now, he will act like he is throwing out a pitch as the pitcher throws and will act like he is hitting the ball as the hitter does it. Pretty cute. At the football game, he just sat in Patrick's lap and took it all in.
Julie and the triplets were in town this past weekend. We took the kids to the SMU vs TCU tailgate. It was pretty cute. The trips were in their red and white gingham and Charlie was in his purple gingham. We missed the opportunity for a cool cousin pic... but, they were all pretty frat-tastic looking!
