Christmas at the Arboretum
We took Charlie to the Arboretum today to meet Santa. He was not too sure about Santa. He cried a little bit and was very serious (per usual) in his pictures. Once we get the picture from the photographer we will post it!
Charlie also got to meet a live reindeer (which he loved)...

and a fake reindeer (which he hated).

We visited Santa's workshop.

Here he is showing off his cute outfit and his teeth!

With daddy (and his cool new haircut!)

What a week!
Patrick, Charlie and I hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year. I would say that I slaved over the meal, but in actuality I made a call to Central Market and the meal was set! Everyone came in town Wednesday evening and the weekend got well under way. My sweet dad treated some of us to an excellent meal at Aurora on Wed. night. It was truly fabulous! On Thursday, we took in a Dallas Cowboys game. We had the Party Pass tickets, which means that you just walk around the stadium and barely see the field. We only stayed for the first half, but it was cool to see the stadium.
After we got home and after the kids went to bed we had our Thanksgiving dinner. Here is a shot of the dinner table:
On Friday, we had the Muslow family Christmas since we won't be together over Christmas (Patrick and I will be in Spicewood with the Allen's). Charlie got a rocking horse from Patrick and I, which he LOVES!
And we gave mom and dad a few photos of the kids. Here is one with all 4 babies.
Here are Charlie and Cooper each trying to win at "Tug on the Water Bottle". It's fun to see the babies all interacting and playing with one another.
On Saturday, we took the babies to their first SMU game. They loved watching the marching band and people watching. And, people loved watching the trio in their fancy stroller.

The weekend had a lot of this going on:

Feeding four babies takes some effort. And then trying to keep them all 4 in one space is another effort:

The weekend ended with Patrick, Charlie and I going to get our Christmas tree and decorating for Christmas... more on that during the next post! Thank you to all of our family members who came to Dallas for the holidays. Thank you to Aunt Jennifer, Aunt Hellen, mom and dad, Jay and Genna for helping out with the babies all weekend and occasionally babysitting. We all have plenty to be thankful for this holiday season and we are happy that we could spend Thanksgiving all together!
